Five not 10 is the PR agency that is obsessed with simplicity. After 20 years in the industry, our founders Lynsey Barry and Pat Southwell, wanted to create something different for themselves and their clients. In the world of B2B and tech, the default is often complexity. But we’re here to break the mould, which leads to our motto: Why say something in ten words when five will do?

We’ve recently won a flurry of new clients, featured in PR Week’s Top 150 B2B table and their bubbling under table. Now we’re on the lookout for a PR Account Executive with a passion for B2B and technology.

Who you are

A passion for PR and an eagerness to learn, you’ll be excited by getting media coverage, writing a range of copy, from press releases to thought leadership, building relationships with the media, and supporting the team to deliver first class campaigns for our clients.

You’ll have a keen interest in technology – think quantum computing and cyber security. Imagine writing about stopping fraud in its tracks. Or pitching a thought leadership article about the future of the workplace. Or arranging a spokesperson interview about overcoming the herculean effort of getting lifesaving vaccines around the globe. That’s what your days could look like at Five not 10.

You are a self-starter, able to motivate yourself while working remotely, while being able to demonstrate strong collaboration and team communication abilities.

We don’t mind if you don’t have loads of experience, that’s what we are here for. Just bring lots of enthusiasm and be happy to try new things.
