By Imogen Quail:
Hello! I’m Imogen, officially the 10th member of the Five not 10 team. I could talk for hours (no surprises there!) about how excited, privileged and proud I am to be here. However, for Pat's sake (and yours), I’ll try to keep this on brand; short and simple.
So, here are five things you should know about me:
1. PR is in my DNA
My career is firmly rooted in PR. I fell in love with the industry while studying at Nottingham Trent University (some of the best years of my life), and this was solidified after some work experience at a B2B tech agency. Since graduating in 2018, I've been dedicated to helping businesses tell their stories and connect with target audiences through impactful brand awareness campaigns.
2. I LOVE BEING ORGANISED!
Yes, that’s all caps for a reason; to-do lists and spreadsheets are my best friends. I'm a very organised person (my fiancé Adam can’t comment). In the whirlwind of PR, multitasking is essential, and organisation is how I maintain clarity and focus (Okay, and maybe my wardrobe is colour-coded… just a little).

3. Communication and confidence
Communication and confidence are two essential qualities for any PR professional, and they also happen to be strengths of mine. I pride myself on being a clear and effective communicator, a good listener to my clients, having confidence in my work as well as the strategic recommendations I provide.
4. I’m all about results
As a Senior Account Manager, delivering exceptional results for our clients is my top priority. Clients want to see that their investment in PR leads to real, meaningful results.
Whether that's increased brand awareness, media coverage, lead generation or an enhanced reputation, I'm committed to developing clear and effective strategies that demonstrate measurable results.
5. I’m a cat person
And proud. Luckily at Five not 10, I’m not alone in this and there is someone else who's just as obsessed as I am – Emma, you know who you are! I have a blue-mitted Ragdoll kitten called Ralph who is a real character, always up to mischief and encapsulates Wreck-it Ralph.
Who knew a kitten could keep me on my toes so much?
And a bonus fact
I'm also 1/4 Italian! Yes, I will tell anyone who will listen.
And yes, I did say I would keep this short and simple. It's a little-known fact that explains my passion for… well, everything really. Oh, and it’s always my excuse for being a little extra passionate hand movements.
